Brand Builders Retreat Rosemary Beach ticket includes:

  2. 12 hours of educational training, broken up over two days.

Attendees will also receive a stylish swag bag, not included in the ticket cost, but a gift donated by some of Jenny and Jens favorite brands. (These bags are only gifted to in person attendees and can not be sent if you are unable to attend)

  •  The crown jewel of Florida’s Emerald Coast, The Pearl Hotel in South Walton is located at the eastern end of scenic highway Route 30A. Boasting uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, The Pearl is surrounded by a scenic network of footpaths, boardwalks and secret pathways throughout the charming seaside town of South Walton.

    Guests arriving by plane may choose Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located 25 minutes away in Panama City Beach or Destin/Fort Walton Beach’s Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS), which is an hour’s drive.

Reesa Lake recently joined LTK (formerly rewardStyle and as Head of Creator Expansion and Agency Partnerships. In this newly created role, Lake brings LTK’s economic opportunity to creators across new platforms, verticals, categories, and demographics. With a continued mission to deepen the relationships with creators and LTK Lake builds strategic partnerships with creators and their representation to further support their clients across all platforms. 


Prior to joining LTK, Lake was Partner and Executive Vice President Brand Partnerships at Digital Brand Architects (DBA), as DBA's first talent manager she adopted a keen focus on growing social media influencers into full-fledged million-dollar businesses while expanding the industry's perception of traditional influencers to include online and offline talent. Signing and representing notable lifestyle personalities including Camilla Coelho, Rachel Parcell, Paola Alberti of Blank Itinerary and others.  Having been behind thousands of the most known influencer programs with brands that range from Cartier and Amazon to Volvo as well as the strategic positioning of the industry's most coveted talent, she is a pioneer in the social media space.

Chaz Easterly


Chaz Easterly is the Founder and Creative Director of Linen & Flax Co., a lifestyle brand providing design services, home goods, apparel, and more.  The brand was born out of her love for design, passion for people, and desire to create the kind of environments that families can truly call home.    

A lifelong lover of design and details, Chaz never imagined she would create more than just the space her own family called home. But when the recession hit, like so many others she found herself looking for a way to turn her passion into her profession.  She landed at Pottery Barn, coming on board to launch their in-home design program. Between her work for their clients and the growing list of friends, family members, and neighbors willing to give her an opportunity to design their spaces, her confidence and calling continued to grow.

The brand came into full bloom in 2015 with the launch of both Linen & Flax interior design services and the opening of the Linen & Flax Home store. Two years later, the brand expanded to include L&F Apparel, an online marketplace and storefront for apparel, accessories, and more.

Today, Chaz operates Linen & Flax Co. as a full-service lifestyle brand dedicated to providing customers and clients with the best design services, home products, clothing, accessories, and more. She is surrounded by an amazing team of like-minded staff, working hard and having fun.

When she is not in a client’s home, working with a customer in our stores, or documenting all things Linen & Flax on our social media, you can find Chaz in her very favorite place—at home with her three children, Christian, Jaclyn, and Riley, and their sweet dog, Rebel.
