Brand Builders Retreat Event Disclaimer
Brand Builders Retreat LLC invite you to attend in-person events solely at your own risk. Measures will be taken to comply with applicable health and safety directives, but by attending the event you assume any and all risks associated with your attendance, including without limitation exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Tickets are non refundable but are transferrable to another guest for the event issued, tickets cannot be used towards a future event.
Registration Cancellation by Guest
No refund/non-refundable tickets, however tickets are transferable to another guest, but not another event. If you sell your ticket or transfer to another guest, virtual access will not be sent.
We understand that life happens and circumstances do sometimes arise where you are no longer able to attend. As our event costs are determined by a pre-set number of guests, refunds can not be given once purchased. They can be transferred to someone else but not to another event. In the event you can no longer attend, access can be given to our virtual workshop and E-book. Additionally, swag is for in person attendance only and will not be sent if you are unable to attend. Brands have gifted product under the agreement that they are to be used as part of our instructional activities during the event. Unused swag is returned to the brand.
Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
Brand Builders Retreat LLC reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If Brand Builders Retreat LLC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
COVID PRECAUTIONS AND NOTES:
- As a courtesy to others, we are encouraging guests to get a COVID test within three days prior to departure. While we cannot mandate this be done, we hope that everyone will act in good faith to protect the health and welfare of guests.
- The resort staff follows all mask and sanitization guidelines and has taken extra precautions by limiting the number of hotel guests and activities.
- In the event of contracting COVID within 3 days prior to the conference, please notify the hosts and virtual access will be sent to ensure the safety of all attendees.
- In the event of a mandatory state closure, all retreat tickets will be refunded.
Brand Builders, LLC is not responsible for travel and or lodging costs.
*If a refund is allowed, the refund will be less any applicable service charges.
